• Customers are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Prices for services and products are listed on our website and may be updated periodically.
• We accept payments via debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required for some services at the time of booking.
• All transactions are final, except as outlined in our cancellation and refund policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.
• Refunds are only issued for payments made in advance if cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe.
• Product purchases are non-refundable once opened, unless defective.

5. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• They must be used before the expiration date stated on the card/voucher.
